The only thing I remember about the song is these two New York rappers naming all the cities of NY. Later on there was a remix of the song with West Coast rappers naming cities in Southern California. And no, it's not the Dog Pound song. In the music video they're wearing baseball jerseys and performing in a stadium. Does anybody know who I'm talking about?

I believe you are thinking of "Deja Vu(Uptown Baby)", by Lord Tariq in Peter Gunz, which went platinum in 1998. The video was basically them in baseball jerseys in I think Yankee Stadium talkin' about different places in New York City.

you said in the 90s, but that sounds a lot like "Welcome to Atlanta" by Ludacris. When the remix to the video was done, nelly and the St. Lunatics did their part from Busch Stadium. That song was done maybe 3 yrs ago.
