At one point in time, I hadn't had sex in about 4 months. But I had just got with this guy lately and we had sex. Now I'm wondering if possibly there's a difference of what my vagina looks like with 4 months of no sex and only 2 weeks of no sex. Bascially, will the gyno be able to tell that have had sex recently. I need to know a.s.a.p. Thanx

I don't think that the gyno can tell. The only way I have ever heard of a gyno determining anything about your past sex life comes from if they see a broken hymen, but honestly, most girls break their hymen from rough play as a child... so they could even assume that you're still a virgin even if your hymen is no longer in tact.
To be honest with you though, you really should tell your gynocologist the truth. Unless she's your mom (or worse your boyfriend's mom), then there's really no point in lying. In my experience, the gyno has asked if I was sexually active, but really didn't ask for any particulars. Most likely, that's what he/she will do for you as well. Please be honest though. While it may be embarassing to tell the doctor your sexual history, it would be much worse if he/she did not check for something because he/she assumed that you weren't sexually active.
If you don't feel comfortable with your gyno, I suggest that you find a new one asap.

The vagina of a sexually active woman will look different from that of a virgin. Even if you've only had sex once in your life, the absence of a hymen is usually an indicator that a woman has had sex. However, there's really no way to tell whether the sex has been recent or five years ago, unless there is the presence of semen in the vagina. Your gyno is not going to pass judgment on you in any event, so don't worry. Also, I don't believe she is required to tell your parents, if you are a minor.

Unless you just had sex tonight and are going to the GYN first thing in the morning she/he probably won't know if you have had sex or not. One thing to remember though is that you do need to be honest with your doctor. If they ask if you are sexually active or ask when you had sex last be honest about it so they can be on the lookout for problems that might be related to sex. Believe me the doc is not going to say anything about someone being sexually active or not as she only wants to take the best care of you.

Mmm, only if it has been VERRY recently because the vagina would have tears and rubs. In two weeks they would be healed.
That is why in case of sexual abuse, the victim must NOT change her clothes or take a shower before the gynecologic exam. She would wash away clues that would have helped her.

Of course she can, there sumthing caleed a hymen which remains intact when u r a virgin...however it can be broken by other factors such as stress or even an injury. But ususally they can tell

The first answer is honestly it depends on the girl. The second is if you are afraid of him/her telling your parents only you can give that permission to him to tell them

they can tell if you had sex within the last 2 days because you will be red down there. Trust me you dont want that it is so embarrising to explain.

no they cant tell the only way they can tell if a girls a virgin is some girls have a hymen ( a little piece of skin that covers the vagina opening) but most girls break their hymen when their little
