ok. one person sits in a chair. one person on each side slides index and middle finger of both hands under one seated, one hand under butt and the other mid thigh. CONCENTRATE! "light as a feather, stiff as a board" repeat that while focusing and when ready start lifting. seated person should just float up...no strain on the lifters at all. used to do it all the time, like in jr high. the mind is a very powerful tool!! good luck!
