nymph is another word.
It's not true that these 'y' words have no vowel, because the 'y' makes the vowel sound. There is no word in the English language without a vowel sound. It must have a vowel sound in order to be pronounced and to be a real word.

Phonologically words with Y have vowels. Mm-hm, psst, pfft, shh--are English interjections which are totally vowelless, in phonology that is to say.

Technically, words like fry, cry, dry, try, my, ply, spry, and wry don't have vowels, even though the y acts as a vowel.
