I think they picked unattractive teens (girls) for that show because they want the housewives to be the ones everyone is looking at. If they had beautiful daughters it would be too distracting. The housewives are suppossed to be hot, not the teens.

She REALLY is!! I have always thought the same thing!!
ADD: YES! Her mouth is SO big - her teeth need to be pushed in and her mouth needs to be fixed!
Plus she has big, bug eyes.... but then so does Terri Hatcher. Maybe that is why they chose her to play her daughter.
