I also enjoy alternate endings as well as music videos. But I think my favorite feature on DVD's are director voice-overs, its kind of cool to have the director walk you through the film, scene by scene, and let you in on why they did such and such. For example, Donnie Darko - what the director was trying to portray was completely different from what I ended up getting out of it. But it was cool to get that original perspective.

I like the Director's and Actor's commentary. I love to hear all the behind the scenes things that went on during a particular scene.

Skipping the coming attraction previews or whatever and going right to the menu. Plus not having to rewind a movie, just push a button and poof!!
I also like the commentary, especially when it's done by the cast, like in Dumb and Dumberer and Not Another Teen Movie, it's hilarious.
