i own a repair shop, and the tracks in them probably need greasing real good ,you can remove the door panel and add a slight amount of grease to them, and it will help them, also the tracks may be getting worn out a little, and sooner or later you may have to replace them, that's usually what happens to them, but for now you can grease them up a little and It will help them for a while,,good luck i hope this help,s.

Look for worn nylon washers and sliders. You will need to take out the interior panel. Your Plymouth may also have a worn regulator. That is the part that the handle attaches to. If the tracks look dry, don't use WD40 or 3in1 oils. Use heavy bearing grease or heavy silicone grease. The WD40, etc, will actually make it worse in the long haul. To help you, roll the window about half way down and place a wedge between the glass and frame to hold the window. That way you can check for wear and replace parts with the weight of the window off of the track. The fixes for manual windows are usually fairly cheap.

They need to be lubricated. The arm that pushes it up as you turn the handel is dry. You'll need to take the door panel off to do this.If you know someone that has a bit of auto mechanic experience have them do it.Cause when you start taking the panel off be sure and pay strict attention, they can be tricky.
