They are like everyone, but:
- Their highest values are country - religion - family, so don't mess with those subjects.
- As mentioned above, they appreciate education but also intelligence, kindness, humanity.
- They tend to be cyclothyme, they change mood very easily and have a vivid temper.
- They adore their mothers, so be careful not to offend her; keep a polite distance and be patient.

I dont have any Greek friend and I didnt met any Greek before but I have some few info about them by the Yahoo Q/A. They are hot and lovely people.

We are very openhearted people..once you get ones trust, he will be a precious friend-we appreciate friendship a lot!
we like celebrating a lot, being with our friends, live life to max (in a good way)
we are little ...unorganized (I admit!) and we leave things to be done at last minute, but we somehow manage to get everything in order!!!
Not similar to Europeans - we are little different regarding our expressions and our way of behavior (we don't like rules and order much!)
Greek men are little demanding regarding their relationships - they don't like games (this is our oriental spirit!) and bit nervous
Greek women are (mostly) loyal to family, sensitive and emotional
at least i believe so! :)))))
we mix European way of life with oriental spirit and emotion

Greeks are like anyone anywhere. There are good ones, great ones and bad ones. I have about 210 relatives who live in Chomori in the Northern part of Greece. They are just like you and me, except they are from Greece.

Greeks are known for being depressing at times. A lot of the time.
They are not experiencing the disease Depression, although sometimes they seem like it.
They value education more than most. Greeks are known for studying and getting a lot of graduate degrees. They enjoy food and circle dancing a lot. They drink ouzo, but not with the intention of getting drunk. Greeks don't like to be around drunks. Greeks are generally close knitted.
