what do u mean by "over 2"-- what "over 2"????
(7/3 = 4 + 5c) /2
7/6 = 2 + 5/2c
-5/3 = 5/2c
-10/15 = c
-2/3 = c

c = 2 over 15

7/3=(4+5c)/2 multiply by 6
14=12+15c
15c=2
c=2/15=.13333....

give us the right over two....

do you want the whole equation divided by two or just 4 + 5c or only 5c....
