I am not entirely sure what you are asking, but it may be in regards to how the act, scene and line numbers are indicated when looking at Shakespeare.

It goes like this: Act/Scene/Line numbers (ie. Scene 3 of Act Two, lines 118 through to 125 would be writtin as II/III/118-125)

Unless you are asking for the APOTHECARY scenes. There is only one of them. Take a look at the script.
