You might be refering to Google Earth, the program that will allow you to view satellite images of any place on earth, most of the time in surprising detail.
Note that none of these sites or programs are in real time. A real time feed would require a live dedicated satelite and millions of dollars. These are images that have been taken over a period of years.

The only one I have been able to find is called google earth.It is pretty good however is not live images.The images are very clear and the satellite is kind of easy to use.

i think yahoo does,, you can choose maps and see different detailed views ,, including satellite views, only problem is that theyre usually a few yrs old,, i saw the one of mine and it had a car in the drive way i gave to charity in 2003 ,,,, go figure

I haven't tried it yet but Map quest has that feature now. But the satellite images are not always updated
