I agree with you about one person being able to change the world. I do feel that you shouldn't be quite so quick to judge the value of religion. There are many ways to consider god and spirituality other then just the bible, by the way, so don't base all your opinions on this point alone. For many, religion offers them strength that you can't understand unless you experience it for yourself. This is the strength to change or endure depending on circumstances. For them God has changed them and their world. I will agree that complete submission to a church as opposed to an ernest intellectual inquiry into the nature of god can be very dangerous though. This submission will allow one person to control the mind of many. In reality it is the love within our hearts that must control our minds should we really intend to progress. This embrass of love within our hearts is the same as truly embrassing god. With this love there is no room to fear, technology will be taken for what it is worth. It is a tool to be used by man in accordance with the nature of god. It is the good or evil in us all that will determine how we use the technology. Remember the electrical processes that make your life more convenient are attributes of technology but so are the chemical reactions in bombs that we are dropping on other humans as we communicate.

Your wrong about God. Look around and you will see life. God is the first which created all you see. Someday maybe you will feel God. When you know their is only one you can talk to or ask for help from. He will be there. He understands your lost now, but he's still there for you despite what you are thinking now. It's all about God, not the bible. People can be cruel sometimes because they may not understand yet, but either do you. Only God is perfect. So get along and be patient with humanity as it learns. Forgive those that misunderstand now, in the pass and the future.

Religion did not say technology is evil at least mine did not( muslim) . god made humans curious to find out stuff. technology helps human kind a lot with cures of dangerous diseases and all. but technology is also the reason of so many people many dying. the person who invented gun powder and dynamite realized that why dont you? why do you think that wrote the recipies in codes and backword words. technology could be used to do both good and both. God brings peace to the world if you think that there is nothing except science then how can you stay alive knowing that the science you believe is responsible for killing so many people. actually not science like i said before it could be used to do good or bad its up to us people. but god gave us free will. its says stuff about future in bible and quran not because god is going to make those people do those bad things....NO, no its there to prove that god is all knowing. its still human free will heavens just know about it.,..."everyman to his own believes" relaization is personal so no one can change any ones mind about these things..hope i didnot offend you.. :)

In order for the world to change..Humanity must conform to the premise of change. In order for religion to be PROPERLY discussed..one must truly know what one is saying in a fit of rage-induced clamor. Instead of arguing the why and when and the what......Try believing in the WORD.
