You should call your doctor right away. It could be nothing, but it could be an eptopic pregnancy which you would need to seek imediate help for.

You deffently want to call a doctor and tell them what is happening. Most doctors wont see anyone till they are 7-12 weeks pregnant, but with the spotting and cramping you need to be seen. If it gets worse go to the ER right away, its possible to have an eptopic expically sence you said the pain is localized to one side, and it is also possible to be having a miscarrage(i have had one). Till then take it easy, no heavy lifting, drink plenty of water, take Ibprophen for the pain and lye down as often as you can.

that is normal even though you don't hear mothers say that they went through it most women only want to talk about the labor part of it and then the baby after. i went through spotting, vomiting, cramps, breats tenderness, headaches and many more things all 3xs that i was. so just hang in there it will all be worth it when you are hulding that wonderful baby in your hand. if you start bleeding alot or the cramps are so bad that they stop you from doing things than you should go to the dr. good luck

The doctor or ER??? I'm no doctor, but it sounds like it could potentially be a miscarraige. I don't want to scare you, but the longer you put off seeing a professional...who knows what might happen? Now get off the damned computer and have someone drive you!!!

I wouldn't think you would be spotting at four weeks with cramping along with it....please go to the ER and be safe. I hope everything is okay. Good luck to you, you will be in my prayers.

a little marijuana will settle your nerves, ease the nausea, calm down the cramps, and help you sleep. MODERATELY. 2 hits off a bong of kind bud should do just fine. take em, and e- mail me in the morning. If it was really SO bad there would be a lot more data and facts to back it up. low birth weight is the only adverse side effect and that is just speculation.....
