Both the anime and the manga are still on-going. A translation of a chapter is released every Friday or so on the net.
So far in Japan, there should be arround 32 volumes (over 229 chapters in total) published, and 211 episodes of the anime.

currently in the US there are about 11 vol. of manga and i think about 212 tv eps released.
in japan the manga volume is currently at around 34 and about the same amount of tv eps as in the US.
the story is still ongoing as new "chapters" are released in the japanese shonen jump and new anime is produced (mostly filler eps) to keep up with the manga storyline.
