not really. but super man lobo and dooms day come close but their powers work completely differently from him so in a word no. and thank freaking god. cause that character is annoying.

The one I can think that comes closest is Swamp Thing. He has the regeneration down pat, and, tho' he doesn't use this trick often, he can grow sharp spines or thorns wherever he wants. So he could instantly grow long blades sticking out of his fists and attack someone like that. When ST visited Adam Strange on Rann, he had to be a Cactus Thing because the remaining vegetation on Rann was cactus (following a nuclear war.)

to reply to what someone said earlier, lobo cant regenerate from a drop of blood... in the past, he had the ability to more or less clone himself with each drop of blood, but he no longer has that ability... as far as similar abilties, maybe tasmanian devil from the global guardians, but that's a bit of a stretch...
