God, I hope they end up together! I don't know about the new girl. She seems to like Jim as a fun office friend, but, I think that Jim will see that Pam cannot be replaced. I would love to see Dwight get transferred in Jim's place, just to see the reactions of the other office.

I think the show will tease us more about that. We both know they like each other and the table is set but alas we will have to wait. In the meantime both of them may try other relationships and later realize they are meant to be together.
