It`s possible that you have dropped it too many times, got it wet or there are a million other possiblities. I suggest that you take it to your service provider and have them check it out and see what is wrong with it and what can be done. If worst comes to worst and you have to buy a new phone most cell phone companies sell used phones pretty cheap that are still in good condition. Good luck.

its just a suggestion but that happened to my phone after it got a little wet. all i did was turn it off, take out the battery for awhile [i'll say 30 min.-1hr. is good] put it back in, turned it back on, and my phone worked just fine! this solution is much cheaper than buying a new phone

go to your cellphone store and take it to customer service or technical service.
they might fix it, or replace it for free. or atleast tell you want wrong.
