zillow.com has a feature like that. Enter the address and it shows a graph for the 1, 5 and 10 year increases. I've found many mistakes on the site but the info for my mom's house is correct.

CALL a LOCAL real estate appraiser they will most likely let u know for free DO NOT use zillow or house values they are always wrong up to 15% I am a real estate appraiser and I always get calls from home owners that use the weirdest methods to value there house. Appreciation is not a method to determine value there is only 3 ways: Income, Cost, Most common Sales Comparison.
Income : How much do u pay for that income stream.
Cost : why pay more than it cost to build.
Sales Comp: 3-6 most LIKE you re house that have sold in the last year that are in ur neighborhood.

First you have to define if you are interested in a nationwide figure, just your state, or just your town.
Then you ask a realtor.
