Dolphins do breathe air, but their skin/eyes/other stuff would dry out and eventually they would die

Thats such a crazy question.

Are you a dolphin considering a career as an astronaut?

Don't worry, you can breathe the air that the others are breathing. But you'll feel really uncomfortable if you're in the dry air for too long.

Dolphins don't drink water, so there's no problem with the water drinking thing. They get their water from the fat in their fishy diet.

So, if you were to go up into space with some human astronauts, you could use your water ration to keep yourself wet and comfortable. But just make sure they supply you with plenty of fish (but I don't need to tell a dolphin about fish right?)

As for the over heating problem, don't worry about it, just put the AC on. The others will have super insulated space suits to keeps them warm

Dolphins have blubber and fat to keep warm, out of water for too long, they would over heat.

They can live...but they would need water soon. They have lungs, but all living things need water to some degree.
