The opponent's wrist is grabbed with the hand on the same side, and the opposite arm is put on the back side the opponent's arm, and again grabbing the attacker's wrist and forming a figure-four. By controlling the opponent's body and cranking the arm away from the attacker, pressure is put on the shoulder joint, and depending on the angle, also the elbow joint (in some variations the opponent's arm is brought behind his back, resulting in a finishing position resembling that of the "hammerlock".

not a good move. ref's stop it real quick if either of your arms don't stay parallel.(start going towards the back of his neck) if someone did it to you in practice, i understand wanting to know how to do it. but it will be hard to work on a good kid.
but here you go. break him down flat to his belly. keep all your weight on the back of his head/neck with your forehead.(very important.) then hook one arm, inside elbow to inside elbow. still keeping that weight pinned on his head. reach over slowly and hook the other one. now instead of your head pressure keeping his face down, you drive down and start walking around towards his head. keep those arms parallel or it's just a big waste of energy. good luck

step 1:first you break then down with hip pressure you'll be holding them down with your body and the hip pressure then you"ll under hook with your left arm get hand control with your right arm then slide up on the elbow then slide over with an over hook with the right arm hook them both ( caution DO NOT Lock hands) post up on toes(at the point the opponent will be on there stomach and you will be on there back) then you will walk up towards there head on your toes as far as you can and try to sit down on your bottom(butt) this works for me Good Luck Hope it works for you........
