Maybe its just a combonation of being forced to read it and not liking misteries--- but its really boring me. Peril at end house.

The biggest factor is your being forced. LOL - that always makes for dumb reading! But, I personally enjoy her books. She was a good writer, IMO.

Ooooh... I like "Peril at End House"!!! But then again, I am a major Christie fan (which I guess answers your question).

I've read about 5 of them, they aren't really boring, but the endings are kind of predictable, Sherlock Holmes is much better.

There are good mystery novels out there. Try Elmore Leonard or my
absolute fav Carl Hiaasen. He rocks.

i really don't like it when you have to get into the book in order to understand it, but some of them are good....death on the nile is like one of the only ones that keep you in them through the whole book

No , I prefer non-fiction . I read very little fiction ; but there is good fiction out there .
