3-1/2 but only 3 if you dont count the 2 weeks before you got pregant(time between your period and actuall implantation) Most docs count the 2 weeks so i say your 3-1/2!!! Good luck congrats!!!
Sarcasm is not needed here, when your a first time mommy, or first time in a long time, it can be very confusing, some people say there are 5 weeks in a pregnancy month, i count by 4 and so do my docs. 38 weeks is full term, but 40 is too if you add the 2 weeks before you got prego.

Since your period, months pregnant, etc?
Here's some help:
4 weeks = 1 month
7 days = 1 week
24 hours = 1 day
