You should be good at what you do no matter what the career is; most importantly your heart should be 120% into it! All heart, enthusiasm matters the most, then dedication and knowledge. From my visits to hospitals, I've noticed alot of doctors who were just in it for the money, and it showed in their work and enthusiasm and care. It is a sad situation. They should be in it for the love to help people and cure them.

Yes, of course, you should always give it your best and most complete and thorough effort. One of the things that I was taught was when to seek another opinion/seek references rather than guess. In other words, know when you don't know.
But you need to have a generous base of general medical knowledge, doctors are expected to be almost encyclopedic in their knowledge base of their field.
Add to the knowledge base they are expected to carry with them is they should have some basic knowledge of business/economy, at least enough not to get themselves either in hot water or cheated in their billing, etc. Next, they need to be good to excellent at communication and interpersonal relations (aka bedside manner). They have to have enough thoroughness in their every day activities/documentation to not attract the interest/notice of the licensing board. They are required to have about 40 documented hours of continuing education every year in order to renew the license.
I could go on, but maybe this will give you some indication........

First I think you should learn to express yourself better in writing. Your sentences are grammatically awful. How can you learn medicine if you can't learn language arts?
