What abnout some child psychl;oghy websites? then try to google TV and children..should bring up articles and people that have written their opinions. Go from there. good luck.

It depends,if the children watch TV most of the day then they will be affected by the TV more than their parents.But if the children are so close to their parents then they will ignore every thing and just listen to their parents.
