I have an Dell Inpsiron 6000 with an internet provider Verizon wireless. Outlook express appears to be the default of my computer. Thankyou

In Outlook Express, under 'Accounts', make sure you have the proper SMTP address. Verizon is notorious for slipping extra '.west' or such into the URL (to allow for more email addresses). Check the setup page at Verizon to make certain which URL to use for your specific email address.
