My favorite type of music usually depends on my mood. Usually I'll listen to some sort of rock (e.g. classic rock, hard rock) or metal. Other times I'll listen to hip-hop. And sometimes I listen to electronica (not all electronic musc is techno). But music that's great all the time is "speed metal". Bands like "Dragonforce" and "Hammerfall". If you haven't heard them yet, I highly suggest doing so.
Oh, and I never, NEVER listen to country music. That is the only kind of "whack" music :-P .

There's no such thing as whack music, cheapass music ect.
all music is good.

Irish, Scottish and Welsh folk songs, anything Celtic, country and Gospel. Some prog rock because my cousin has a prog rock band. I like his songs. I don't consider these cheap music.

I listen to everything, hip/hop,rap,r&b,spanish music, but I mostly like anything that could be considered in the Rock catergory. My fav. bands is Evanescence, System of a Down, MCR, Stained, A.F.I.

i love r N b, hip-pop, basically anything with a beat. I love to listen to songs from all sorts of languages, even though i cannot understand some. Take care

Rock, Progressive Rock, Hard Rock, Jazz, Jazz Fusion, Folk (especially Celtic), Classical, but my favorite is Metal (Heavy, Black, Thrash, Doom, Death, Power, Progressive).
