You should act.

Start with your PARENTS. Let them know your fears.

Second see someone in the school you trust.

If he is invading your privacy act NOW!

Just because he is young doesn't excuse it.

Best Wishes

omg what the heck is wrong with this guy? seriously! you should go tell your parents and make a police report at your police station. it is a serious crime no matter what age. i don't think he likes you, he admires you in a weird creepy way. maybe you should confront him and ask him why do you keep following me every where? and may be he'll give you a reasonable answer. good luck

Be open and honest, it will hurt him more if you don't and he is being made fun of by the other kids. Because you have probably told the other children.
Go up to him and say I am not interested in you. Would you please leave me alone. I am to young for boy and girl relationships. So just stop. I guaranteed he will.
