my friend . just turned 13 in may . andd . shes seeing a 20 year old . andd . i do think he'll be 21 in january . my mom said i need to tell the school councelor and let them investigate because the girls mom will not do anything about it . my mom also said if they have any sexual contact , then its considered rape and mulestation . i do think they have done "some things" . what should i do ? this whole situation has ruined our friendship . as well . as her moms and mine . should i tell someone ? orr . just stay out of it .

This is a very unhealthy situation for your friend to be involved in and it definitely must be reported! Why wouldn't her mother care? Is she negligent in regard to her daughter? If so, an anonymous call to Child Protection should be made. I wonder if the young man is or has been involved with other young girls. This seems like incipient peophilic behavior. Please intervene even if you do so anonymously. Listen to your mother.

i think that 13 is a bit too young. if ur fren is 15 or 16 and the boy is 22 or 23 then it shld be ok. if the boy really likes her then he will wait for her for another 2 more years or so. you will try to tell her the disadv of her situation like being pregnant and stuff. but if she doesnot care then i think that since you have already done ur part as a friend to persuade her. i think that you can just leave her alone to get over it. this may just be a phase for her.

No they shouldn't be together. That is considered rape if they do anything, and he is older so there will be pressure. That is sick, the 20 year old needs to find someone his own age. If your friendship is already ruined then why not do something, it's for her protection.

A 13 yr old and a 20 yr old should not be seeing each other. You need to report this to your school counselor. This guy is most likely just using your friend for sex. He needs to be locked up before he does this to other girls her age.

I think you should tell someone. If you are in high school i would get some of my friends (Seniors Preferably), or a few good neighborhood dads to tell him he is sick and needs to be with someone his own age. and if that don't work then tell the cops.

yes tell someone i remember when a friend of mine was dating a grown man at 13 he was 31 and paying her mom to date her daughter. now the girl is screwed up for life.

EWW... tell someone. if one of my friends was messing around with someone who is that much older then them i would tell someone. so u should go to the school consulear or soemthing ASAP. and maybe u should try to talk to ur friend about it to. and ask if theres some reason behind why shes dating him.

tell if you really care about then tell before she has a chance of getting hurt. so what if she never talks to you again, you`ll have a happy thought of the reason why shes not talking to you its because you saved her before she got hurt and shes only think of the fact that her and this so called ''boyfriend'' are broken up. i think you should tell you never know what he will do to her.if you ask me i think hes useing your friend!
