If you don't feel comfortable or safe with what your teacher's asking you, then you should check with someone who you trust, like another teacher, a family member or an older friend. Your gym teacher should only provide activities that are safe for you to do, but you are the only one who knows how your body feels. If they are asking you to do anything that you think is not okay, you have the right to refuse, but you need to be able to explain your choice.

I would think so--- unless they are telling you to do something wrong or that you dont beleive in, then yes.

If you're learning a sport, trust me, dont exxadgerate the motions too much or you will look like an idiot, but try at the same time, if you know what i mean.

Yes, of course. The teacher is like the boss when you work. Why would you question what the "professional" was asking you to do.
