no, it is not. actually .. if you are going for the 60's mod look, with thick lashes, then yes, its perfect! but i wouldn't wear that to work/school because it is a bit extreme.

Sure! use a very small brush with firmer bristles and follow the lash line closely; dont use too much, and dont do it from corner to corner, you usually look straight at your reflection in the mirror so that your irises are centered, and draw the line from the inner eye below your iris out to the outer corner. You can leave the inner rim clear of color, or use a pale or slightly shimmering white, but if you are going for very funky and dramatic, use purple or blue for the inner corner, or do green for inner and another color for the longer line. Its very fashionable right now; go for it!

Yes it is, only if it is applied correctly. Usually an eyeshadow with a bit of gold flecks can form a light halo around the eye...and that is fashionable.

Yes, I love eyeshadow under the eye.

Choose a light shiny green color and apply it with the very tip of your applicator( the sponge one) really close to your bottom eyelid, and I think it looks great!

I do it sometimes, helps to keep the eyeliner from smearing/running, depending on the color can change the eyeliner color a little. Could also use powder. I just use the eyeshadow thingie that comes in the case, or a q tip would work.

Yes you can do what is known as a smudge look with either eyeshadow or eyeliner pencil or, you can underline your lower eye lids with a dark color eyeliner pencil to look more dramatic! Play with it and decide which you like best, maybe even both! Y not!

Yes you can, but I wouldn't because you don't want to accidentally mess up and look really tired like you have bags under your eyes. I suggest you just use eyeshadow on your eyelids.

yes it is. the way thaht should be done and now every fashion magazine reccomend you to do it is t do a wet shadow on the bottom. it is easy-do not overdo the shadow!-and it creates this whole new dimension to your eyes. if you preffer it dry, use a shadow brush and apply the shadow in small amounts since it is easier to go easy and then add rather to go heavy and mak eit light. pick a green-teal shadow and i have tried it wet on the bottom and it is the best! people kept asking me who did my make up and so forth! i told them to read some magazines to get the tips!

Only as a eyeliner, applied with a eyeliner brush.
It will make a softer line than a traditional eyeliner.
