probably earth is the place where ppl come after they die from another place...as a punishment...and depending on the sins they have committed they r put in various parts of the world...i bet the highest sinisters goto india...i'm livin in india...the curruption ...low value of life...poverty ...frustration...are all at its peak...

Ha! Whatever 'Hell' is. We live longer, we have fewer diseases, things that took weeks can now be done in ten minutes, we have almost unlimited food and shelter at our disposal, we have clothing that makes shelter unnecessary if we don't want it. Paradise is a two hour plane flight away.
We never have to deal with our own feces, vermin are easily got rid of, smallpox, the plague, malnutrition, gone from your part of the world.
Kings of the first millenium would envy the lifestyles of the poor today.
There might be a hell on earth, but it'd take several days to get there. Ask the people just kicked out of Darfur, people who've lived in Afghanistan for more than 30 years, they can answer your question.

Hell has always been on earth. change starts with each one of us. Free will has always been on earth. Heaven has always been on earth. You have to look into yourself, is there heaven or hell there or a little of both.
