Not sure on this, but I would guess it is the aqueducts. They still stand to this day. It may also be the roads. ("All roads lead to Rome.") This is the best I could come up with from Wikipedia.

Thought of something else: The Romans were among the first to use arches and domes in their architecture.

Several:
Well engineered and built roads that are still in use today.
The aqueducts for continuous fresh water pressurized water supply to the city.
In city wide sewer system using underground piping. Not duplicated after the fill of Rome until the late 1800's early 1900's
Concrete which enabled the building of great structures like the Roman Coliseum in Rome.
