Hi there....

I would call Verizon customer service and tell them what is happening with the phone. They should be able to get it working for you.

Our verizon phones are not working either. How long has yours been acting up? we can't even call 611. They have been acting up on and off for the past week, pretty much in the evenings. Seems mostly when we are in our house. Sorry I can't help any, but my husband and I feel it is something to do with verizon? kind of fishy if you are having the same problem.

CALL 1-800-2-JOIN-IN IF STAR 611 DOES NOT WORK.
