What is the first thing you ever stole and did you feel guilty afterward? Plus, did you get caught?

I was raised a strict Catholic, so the guilt was awful...and I didn't steal anything 'til a shopLIFTING excursion, (age 13) w/my wild cousin. We stole (this is so idiotic): supplies for Home Ec.! I didn't have any of the stuff, so we pinched it from Woolworth's. Even though we didn't get caught, I felt so bad, we spent 2 hrs. sneaking around and putting it all back!

I remember it like it was yesterday, but happened about 35 yrs ago. I shoplifted a jackknife in Nova Scotia with the province's name on it. It would've been impossible to explain if found because, at that age, I had no $ of my own and had to get it from parents. Plus there was no way they'd let me buy or own a knife because I used to have bad temper & would use it on my brother. Guilty? You bet. I managed to get all the way back to Ontario before I was caught. My parents took me to police station to give me the scare of my life -I was just a kid. This was definitely a well taught, hard learned lesson for me

I stole money from my father's pocket to buy some candies,yes I felt guilty after I got caught.

I was about 5 years old and I intentionally stole a pack of gum because my mother refused to buy it for me! When we got to the car I deliberately opened it right in front of her and stuck a piece in my mouth...She made me go in and apologize and then paid for it and I was grounded when we got home, but honestly, no I didn't feel guilty at all and even at that age I should have!

First thing I ever stole was a peek down a girls shirt I was 11 nope didn't get caught.

A french fry from my best friend what out her looking and then she said "Who ate the last french fry and I told her the wild blew it away." I did not feel guilty because I wanted one and did not feel like asking! No I did not get caught
I never stole anything but food from friends!

The first and last thing I ever stole was a "Mr Bump" figure that goes on the end of your pencil. My mum busted me and made me take it back. I think I was 7.

Seriously, the first and last thing I ever stole was some candy when I was a child. My mother insisted I take it back and apologize, and I was so humiliated that it taught me a lesson I've never forgotten.
