You aren't asking for a recommended way of reporting the theft. You're really asking people to tell you that you should report this individual. You simply call the company and talk to the owner or the person in charge of the company, no matter what his level. If you're asked what the call is about before you can talk to anyone of importance, simply say that it has to do with someone stealing from the company and that you want to talk with person who runs it. Don't talk with anyone else unless the person who is in charge directs you to. But do report it. And be ready to tell whomever you speak with what it is you've seen that the person you know has stolen.
Good luck.

Depends on the size of the company. If it was a small company. Talk to the owner. Mid sized, ask to talk to someone in the accounting department. In a large company, contact the main switchboard and try to get security on the line.
The hard part is not talking about it.. its just trying to speak to a live person. You don't have to leave your name, just point out the exact auctions on ebay. From there they will either drop it, knowing all about the sale, perhaps the items were just to be "thrown out" and if someone made a profit off "garbage" so be it... however more than likely there would be in internal investigation.

Report it to the Police. This is called embezzling. Someone could paint any nice name on it they want, but when you steal from a company for personal monetary gain, it is embezzling. If you can't find a contact within this person's company, then report it to the police.
Bear in mind that if you want to see this person punished, the police would be the best route. If you want to see it swept under a rug, most companies don't want to suffer the pr damage, especially if publicly owned or traded.

since they are doing it on the net... they've crossed state lines with the stolen goods so it's federal. i think.
give the info and then
let them handle it...or pass it to others.
that's what i would do.

he/she won't be an ebay member after this. Call the police and allow the police to contact the employer. Leave your name out of it, if possible. Who's to say this person won't get revenge on you. Do it the safest way possible.

You can go to the company's website and send them an email explaining the situation...or just call up the company directly and tell them.

not confident why you want to get occupied with this, yet, I recommend printing out the eBay pages and sending them contained in the mail to the corporate workplace. call them (the corporate) first to ask in the journey that they have got a robbery prevention human being, get that human being's call, and manage the envelope to their interest. in case you want to attempt this anonymously, do not placed a go back manage on your envelope (duh).
