I cant figure out why sex with my husband hurts after 3 years. I have normal pap test and they are always fine. And i dont have any stds. I noticed it about 1 year ago. i told the doctor she never tells me anything. I need help to figure it out. hurts the relationship.

You need to see a new doc if your regular doc did not do anything to check this out. Find a doc who specializes in female problems. It might be medical or it might be that just that you need more lubrication like using astroglide. Either way see a doc who will help you with this problem as this is nothing something that should be left untreated.

Maybe you are not lubbed up enough. Try KY jelly that way if it's a psychological problem that is causing the lack of lubrication, by using the KY jelly you will be training yourself to lubricate on your own soon enough. It's behaviour therapy.
You and your husband could also consider sexual therapy together.

Just be sure that you are well lubed. This is a common occurrence with women at the practice where I work. If you do not produce enough lubrication yourself, try using some KY or other brand.
