My son died in a car wreck when he was nine. When it hurts really bad, stop everything for a few minutes and "ride the wave." I'm making a web page with some links for you. I'm sorry, hon.

Yes about two years ago, my best friend died. The truth is you never really get over it, the pain only eases. Or it numb. The pain will never really go away.
But how I got through it, I prayed and I asked God for help, he was there he helped and he was always there for me. He gives me the strength, but I still have been able to get completly through it. It still hurts, and to be honest the pain will never really go away, it wil only numb a little bit.

It was hard, but i got through with the help of my other friends.
Though you have to accept that no one can replace your bestfriend, express your sadness by finding someone better, that is what your former bestfriend would want yo to do.
If your happy, than he woul likely be happy about it too.

yes he died in a car accident with my boyfriends sister and his son. good thing the baby lived. my best friend was only 16. but i cried all the time. it was really tough too. but the feeling fades as time passes by.
