Register between 30-35 weeks... This will give you time to take a tour of the hospital, set up exact instructions of how you want your labor handled, etc.. before the last few weeks... registering before 35 weeks will insure you get the job done even if you go into early labor...
Even if your Dr. forwards your information to the hospital it's always good to call for a tour.. Many hospitals have special instructions as to hours.. For instance I gav birth to my oldest at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix Arizona.. After 9pm the only entrance open to the public was the ER... On the tour they can also give you instructions such as where exactly Labor and delivery or the birthing center are show you which routes within the hospital are fastest etc. You don't want to be wondering about the hospital looking for the correst elevator when in labor...

Well with my first i registerd at 32 weeks, and my second i registerd at 24 weeks. It is now or never. it is better you register now before you get farther along. I registerd just in time, i registerd 32 weeks, and started labor at 34, had my kid at 39 but still needed the hospitals care in between, and not having to deal with insurance info and all that crap was a life savor for me.

I filled out my registration papers for the hospital months before my due date. It doesn't matter when you register as long as it gets done before you do into labor.
Your 32 wks which is plenty of time to register!

You can go at any time. I always went when I was around 7 to 8 months. Some go just a few days before they go into labor. I m glad i went early to register with my 3rd son because I ended up having him at 34 weeks.

Yep!
It's a good idea to go to the hospital on sort of a "dry run" just to get to know your way around. It can make your delivery date that much less stressful. Go ahead and check in with the front desk and make sure they have all of the information that they need. Don't forget to bring your proof of insurance with you!

the sooner the better so that your doc has your medical files and all pertinant info on hand...if you dont have a doc, get one now, so he/she can evaluate you throught your term...32 weeks is way to late...find your md now...
