super star billy gram used to be a wrestler back in the 70's, he took steroids for many years and he says it was the worst mistake he ever made. his doctors pulled out handfuls of bones from his ankles where the bone had just disintegrated and he is now crippled for the rest of his life. so no i don't think the risk of steroids are exaggerated. the only people who use them are the ones looking for a shortcut, to build muscle quickly without doing much work, in other words cheaters. steroids don't have any good benefits, only bad.

They are extremely exaggerated. If used properly they are no more harmful than regular OTC drugs. It is all about doing your homework and not being an idiot. And not everyone should take them.

Yeah...

I believe they are.

This is just one guy's opinion, but I've seen some pretty nasty videos in my time, and...Yeah...

Honestly, I doubt that they are that harmful when used in moderation, but I do believe that they cause depression and anger issues, as well as addiction, so they are still very dangerous.

Steroids are just like many other drugs - not bad at first, but they get you hooked until you find yourself in some serious problems.

Overuse of steroids can, over time, cause adrenal gland failure. The effect is mostly cumulative.
