I had a problem with broadband and they oomed and aahed so long that i went to someone else. Then they still managed to annoy me even more so i changed the phone as well. Been trouble-free ever since. They were ok 5 years ago. Now they have call centres in India with automatons that put you on hold. The phone side of it was ok but it was the internet service that brought the whole lot down.

I was employed by them and apart from the fact I had no clue as to what to do, nobody else did either!! It was in a B.T. Complaints department and if I could I would change my land line Actually, I must remember to do that. It is chaotic, badly organised, the "team leaders or product specialists" were a bunch of shiites, and the management worse well just a little.

Yes they do but there are far more cheaper companies who provide just as good a job for less money, but if you want the best only BT will do

yes, they are the most efficient service, the others aren't as good in an emergency, like a line being blown down etc

Although they are not the cheapest, I think they are the best by far.

I think they are trying their best after BT's monopoly has been broken years ago.

But they can do better.
