I need to make a documentary. HELP!!!?

So I need to make a short 7-10 minute documentary for school.
I need some good ideas! My best idea yet , was to make a documentary on homeless people and their view on today's issuses.
But I know there's more interesting ideas out there. Please give an idea and elaborate. I'm looking for something entertaining, fun, yet fits the topic of a documentary.

People perception of themselves. It is easy to get people to talk about themselves then all you need do is edit it to make them look like fools.

On the subject of fools, what about something about politicians (they are always good for a scandal) or current events (US Mid terms).

I honor your concern about the homeless, but once you get out there to interview them, I think the reality of the situation may change your course somewhat.

Do some research. Go to hospital and private medical labs.

Tell them you have an order from your doctor (pick something like thyroid function panel) and have no insurance. Ask how much you will have to pay.

Then ask them how much you have to pay if you DO have insurance. See how far up in the corporate ladder you can go to answer the question, why the discrepancy?

Socially and economically enlightening, and finite in scope.

i would probably tallk 2 some elders like 100 years old if u can find them. that would b kewl or holocause victims that are left.
