He has a disgusting curveball. Looks like a high fastball, then falls straight down. Struck out both Cliff Floyd and Carlos Beltran looking in NLCS Game 7 without argument... just filthy pitching.
Also has good fastball (think he touches 94,95 with it) and a slider. You don't need much else to be a good set-up guy.

I think every Cardinals fan is officially in the Wainwright fan club, even before the postseason the fans loved him, he has that glare on the mound and is very "Carpenter"-like in his determined "don't even look at me the wrong way" approach on the mound.

Hes got nasty stuff I'm looking foward to see him pitch the next few years.But hes gonna be a starter not a reliever

he has a awesome 12-6 curve,a great fast ball with a lot of movement,and a above average slider.

I would assume 2 seam, 4 seam, curve, and slider. Dont try to imitate major leaguers, do what works for you.
