Not sure what you mean--& not sure anyone else is, either. I believe this is an very old "quote" & you want to balance/evaluate it. That is impossible. A day late for what? A dollar short for what? Wouldn't that make a humungous difference? & even then, only in you subjective opinion? Is this more of a PHILOSOPHICAL question? If so, you need more input to get whatever answer you're looking for.
