that's easy..a good friend will act crazy with you and not look at you like your crazy, backs you up and not lets you get in trouble....they are trustworthy..and nice..basics ...but also look at how they act around you when you are yourself...if they just stare like you have problems well you know they are not your real friends..me and my friends are wild and crazy and we are so close in our friendship

A good friend is some one who will not necessarily be by your side. Because if you want them with you all the time, you'd be very demanding and that doesn't make you a good friend.
a good friend is someone who always try to help but doesn't get in your way. If keep depending on your friend it will not make you a good friend because you are using him for your advantage.
A good friend is someone who you would sacrifice things for. This is not love, but to sacrifice something like pride and effort is a mark to show that he is something worth having.
A friend is an accomplice. A partner in crime, though not voluntarily, but likes being with you doing some bad stuff sometimes like group sex or even shoplifting.
Those are my qualities for a good friend. It differs for every person.

Honesty, Friendlyness, love, trustworthiness.. nd they gotta be funny... I'm on the phone with my best friend and she just sang me the barney song to me, then heard me typing and asked if she got a message cuz i'm checking her myspace.... God i love her... lol
