The girl I have fallen in love with is just 18 years old, but she has very big breasts. Does breast size increase with fondling? Or there are other factors for breast size increasing?

Yes, they can increase in size with fondling. But only temporarily while she is aroused. Sort of like your penis. But they do go back to normal once the sexual tension goes away.
If they've grown lately is because she's still young and growing. Not because you fondled too much.

Heyy. What's up? My name's Gwenivere, let me tell you a brief story about myself which I believe may be of some Hẹlp to you... Growing up, I was teased all throughout high-school. No, that will not increase breast. Not like fondeling ones penis or anything. Women are either born to have large breast or they have implants if they want.

I was a C cup when I was 13 years old and still a C cup.I can assure you fondling doesn't make them grow.
