Actually, this sounds like George Bush, but I didn't realize it was a chupicabra! I'm sure not going to vote Republican again.

I believe that in some way these so called Chupacabras have been spotted occasionally.
There are a few sites but I haven't yet seen one with your description. Maybe some aliens let their pets out to relieve themselves and decided to leave without them. Sounds like something we do too. I believe there's something going on whether it's true or not.

Many sightings have been reported. And I believe there is something out there.
