I would put it somewhere in the middle. LOL
Having lived in the UK three different times, I find myself loving it and paralyzed with fear at the same time. The only paradise I have found there is Patisserie Valerie in Soho. Cakes to die for!!

well i've never been there, but from what i read on these message boards, brits seem to have a strong sense of superiority and no manners.
