I think the 3rd best is Walton or Kwame and they should trade Kwame because they could get the most for him. With a lineup like this

Bynum
Odom
Walton
Bryant
Another Good SG

I think a 2nd shooting guard to complement Kobe would work better in the triangle offense like Jordan, Pippen and Ron Harper when they won 72 Games. This is because a 2nd SG would change the defense strategy and they couldn't really triple Kobe anymore thus leading to a higher shot%. The Ideal scenerio I think would be getting someone like Larry Hughes or Richard Jefferson and a Ron Artest and trading Brown.

Having a great point guard is all but useless when you have a great SG like Kobe or Jordan because they are going to control the floor no matter what the PG does.

Kwame Brown has like... no value. He's a bust, and now he's an injury risk.

Larry Hughes is not going to be traded, neither is Jefferson. I don't think Artest would be traded without a pretty good package in return (maybe Bynum and draft picks).

I'm surprised Phil hasn't tried to incorporate Radmanovic into the triangle with Kobe and Odom... he's coming off the bench and not for many minutes either. Either way, the Lakers are an improved but far from great team. They're looking up though since most of their key role players are young and underpaid.

I think Smush parker's the third best player in the young Lakers squad. He's strong and can get to the rim at will. I have also seen plenty of plays where Kobe gets to the inside, passes to Parker for the wide open 3. And he plays incredible defense, he did steal from Nash during the epic Game 4 of the Suns-Lakers playoff last year.

Yeah. Trade Kwame Brown because he's a definite flop. Maybe a fast back-up point guard would help to keep up with Kobe.

Bynum is bad a** and Kwame needs to give it up, the best player out of his draft class still in the league is Arenas.

Luke is way better than Kwame. Kwame has a sorry work ethic. Maybe we will get lucky and get KG.

I believe it is SMUSH PARKER, and they should trade Kwame for a guy that can run the floor excellently.
