Can anyone help me, ive been asked these questions and im not to sure.Answers appreciated!!

Suggest an inictor for the following reactions:

1) Silver NItrate + NaCl -----> AgCl + NaNO2

2) Ca2+ + Y4- --------> CaY2- (where Y4- = EDTA anion)

1) Sodium or potassium chromate. When the AgCl gets done reacting/precipitating in the light yellow solution, orange-brown Ag2CrO4 appears.

2) A dye called eriochrome black T; also called Mordant Black 11

for the first equation
white percipitation is formed.

the second one
the shining metal will turn to white solids.
