I am asking this because I recently miscarried at almost 15 weeks and I had been using a scale that has this but stepping off prior to the BMI function starting. I also am 35 years old and this was my first pregnancy. I didn't want to ask my doctor because it seemed stupid that I would take the risk, but my husband and I are just heart broken so I was looking for an answer and what better place to find one than Yahoo answers.

There are a million reason's and causes for miscarriages...If you have a question about something your best course of action is to not use the item until you ask your doctor about it. He/She is your best most reliable source of information when it comes to serious questions in regards to your health and the health of your baby. Not a website. Talk to your Doctor...that's a big part of what you are paying him/her for. To guide you through your life as healthy as possible.
